We watched Restrepo last night.
OMG it was the most upsetting documentary that I've ever watched. It's about these children (I say children as I am older than like every single one) who are serving in the Korengal Valley in Afghanistan. They get attacked 5 or 6 times a day. Several of the boys are killed. It's absolutely insane. It made me want to a be an anti-war hippy. I feel so much for their families. OMG. I can't even put into words how this movie made me feel. I would highly suggest that everyone take some time and watch this movie. It's a watch it now on Netflix.
The saddest thing to me is that this movie only made less than $2,000,000 in the theaters. Garfield made more than that.
Boy meets girl at 14. They fall in love. They get married 10 years later. They live happily!
