More Pictures?

My phone won't let me post pictures on this blog, so I actually have to sit at a computer (which I do very rarely).....So, I post all of our pictures at www.thebrownells.shutterfly.com

About Me

My photo
I have a husband and a puppy. I love one and am obsessed with the other. I'll let you figure out which is which. I love my job, my house, my students, my cheerleaders, and my life. I guess you could say things are going pretty well... I teach high school English and coach cheer. Husband is a video game designer. Guess which one the future Brownell babies will think is cooler...

Project: Reorganize Closet

On Sunday, I was trying to put something away in our office closet.  I couldn't reach the top shelf, so I asked giant husband to put it away.  He remarked that the closet was a mess.  This offends me to my VERY CORE, as I pride myself on being painfully organized.  He was right though, it was a mess.   Then I was annoyed.  The closet has ALWAYS been organized.  Hell, the entire house has always been organized.  Recently his mother wanted everything out of his old bedroom, so Andrew dumped it all in the closet.  Annoying.  Our closet is like 80 square feet, so it's not some little hole.  He dumped a lot of stuff.  Anyway, we made a date to clean it up and reorganize it this weekend.

Which brings me to Monday.  I had someone contracted evil teenage sniffles, but that didn't stop me from a stop to my favorite place in the entire world - Bed Bath and Beyond.  45 minutes and $30 later, I had some new bins and I was ready to organize.  I sniffled and worked my way through the evening.  Mean husband came home and said it looked like I had just pulled everything out and put it into the office.  I had a plan, however.

All normal people clean out closets with a 100 + degree fever, right?

Tuesday after school, I sniffled my way through a little more and finally finished up.  This time nice husband told me it looked nice.   I think that is a slight exaggeration as it is still basically our garage/storage place.  But, it will do.
Yes there is a bin titled "Nerd Stuff" - it's just that.  And yes, my husband owns 2 giants boxes of Computer Games.
