Yesterday one of my cheerleaders broker her knee. Like literally her knee. She didn't even fall - she just stood up in a stunt, started screaming and then hit the ground. There wasn't much swelling, so I treated it with ice. X-rays later showed that she has a broken knee. 1 week before the assembly too.....great.
THEN last night I woke myself up about 7 times whimpering in pain. The rapid change in weather causes my Arthritis knees to go CRAZY! I would move my knee, then start crying out in pain, which would wake me up. Husband, on the other hand, slept through this all....I'm totally walking with a limp today (in heels, of course. Just 'cause I'm crippled doesn't mean I can't wear heels)..... I am starting to think it's karma for the broken knee of yesterday....
