Prom!

I chaperoned prom last weekend....it was interesting to say the least. I remember prom being such a huge deal and thinking it was totally worth the money, but now I see that it is just one silly night. I was concerned because I didn't have a dress with sleeves on it - I didn't want to be that slutty teacher everyone was talking about! haha. I took a shawl, but didn't end up wearing it because there were other scandalous teachers showing their shoulders too! All the English teachers took a picture together - old school prom type. I'll post when I get it....

On another note, I took the moms (it is so nice that the mom and mother-in-law get along - that way I can hang out with both at the same time!!!) to champagne brunch and then to a mani/pedi session. We were in heaven!
